Short answer: no.
The Overworld
Mega not being touched. Your bases, your farms, your weird dirt huts are all staying. Forever.
The Nether
Also not getting touched. Nether hubs, gold farms, that one highway someone dug to nowhere are safe.
The End
This is the only place that may get wiped somewhat. If elytra hunting gets bad, like, REALLY bad, I might prune chunks. Specifically: chunks where nobody has stayed for more than a minute. I have software that lets me check that. I'll try to preserve them player builds.
That's just a "maybe someday if it becomes a problem." Not a scheduled thing. Not a regular thing.
Why?
I'm of the opinion that servers should never be wiped. I have a friend who's been running the same server since 2013 and it's never been wiped once. That's the kind of server I want to run, because walking through that server is like walking through a real civilization.
Your stuffz are not going ANYWHERE.
